Most dungeon bosses don't last the 6 seconds of banner.
Combine it with a 2 pc Shal Baas and 4 pc vithu for maximum damage. Judgment uses guardian essence, banner uses arrowkeeper Helmet, condemn uses lightning chest, and the pants that add dmg based on afflictions, shield is going to be stationary spinning shield, and main hand is the horn splitter damage over time. My real build for most all content is a condemn build. If you get the set pieces to buff your channeling skills it really becomes a goofy but awesome build since no one else runs it. A trick shot gem would make it even better to give additional channel time and blessed pebble will extend beneficial effects. If I didn't just run the build for the lols it's actually a legitimately strong build for bosses and mobs. With two awakened gems you can further boost the damage of the laser. So pants buff the laser, helmet adds burn effect, and shield essence is bonebearer that gives the laser. Shield glare is your primary damage skill, you then put all essences into buffing that skill.
